Terrible Service

Folks, you must avoid their service. It has been two months since my documents were received there for evaluation and after hours on the phone (they do not respond on e-mails, have no walk-in service or do not allow you to speak with somebody who takes care of your case) finaly I got a response - TWO months later: " Your documents are sent back for verification." I should've got this answer within 7 days after receiving the documents.

Also, they were not able tell me to what e-mail in my uneversity they sent this request and the fax number they sent the copies of the documents was wrong. I had to find the correct e - mail and fax number of International relations in my university and I sent it to WES. I did their job and I paid for it. Still waiting. BTW my university has an option to check online if a student has graduated successfuly from there. Also, one phone call would be enough for verificaton!!!

So I am still waiting!

If you have a chance never use their service!!!
