Financial hold on transcripts

I visited ECPI while active duty military. I had been provided 6months down to visit college after re-enlistment, and so I selected ECPI since I'd buddies heading there and it also was really near to my home. Effectively six months arrived and went, I'd completed courses and wnet towards the admissions office to dis-register myself. They stated it had been all looked after and thanked me for coming in. Nicely fast-forward 8 years later I do want to use my g.I. Statement to visit college so when I visit register they ask me for my transcripts from all my prior schools and what goes on? ECPI claims I owe 12,000 bucks since I fallen outof school and so I need to spend for the remainder of this program, whether I joined or not I've to cover for the remainder of the college program I'd originally registered for. I've observed where they've many-many lawsuits against them for numerous factors. I request thenm to deliver me a duplicate of what i owed in the place of that which was taken care of by educational funding, they'dnot or really couldn't get it done.
