Miscellaneous

You log in your information for the the documents your looking for, then your asked to enter you card info for a $1 charge for documents. They Ask for your e-mail with password to activate the site for all documents. This will not work, it asks for a code that should have been e-mailed to you. So you call the customer service number, which re-directs you to Myinfobill for help. This is a live chat person to help you get back to where you started, so you get charged $19.95 for nothing, I believe each time you use the myinfobill service for any help you'll get charged over and over. I called my bank to complain about being scammed on charges without receiving my documents. The bank in the mean time has changed my card number to stop any more charges on my account. I have to change all my banking info for all my accounts account of this scam.
