Equicredit Mortgage
Unhelpful Rip-off still waiting for my cancelled loan documents!

I paid off my mortgage in May and now over 6 months later I am still waiting to get my cancelled Note and Mortgage back from them (or should I now say from Fairbanks.

A couple of months ago I called and asked when I could receive these documents and the woman (very rude) told me I would not receive the documents back until AFTER they received the recorded Discharge back from the Registry of Deeds.

Once they received the check to payoff the mortgage, those two documents should have been returned to me immediately. Completely unacceptable... What am I suppose to do now?
