Ripoff screwed others too tricked and lied to us And should I trust what they had said that my order has been cancelled? Someone help me!

I am just turned 17 and was tricked into falling for the sales pitch they had. It had just happened yesterday, (07/18/03) I had given them all my information on my account # and had just hung up with them. But after I did, I had done the math, and yet what the sales lady had said was more then she had said.

So I had called back and spoke to another one of their "supervisors." He then explained to me the math again, yet was still confusing. So I was like "ok" and hung up with him too.

After that, I searched the web and had found these reports. (Thank you) I realized that I fell for a stupid scam and I feel stupid. I called back right away not even 10 minutes since I made the first call.

Well they told me that the money was being processed and it was on pending. But before they said my order had been cancelled, they had pitched me more sales at lower prices. I had told them I had no money for them. Which I didn't since my account had less then 50 in it. = (so the customer service person had told me that it was cancelled. And I even asked him to quote him on it. And he had said he had done it himself. I got his name and his ID number also.

But then he also said that the pending on my account will not be processed by their company and it will be dropped soon. But if I had went to the bank they said, then my money would have already been minused from my account.

I don't know what to do. Does anyone know if there is a child contract law in WA? And should I trust what they had said that my order has been cancelled? Someone help me!
