I noticed a pending charge on my account on 2/24. I called the number listed on the transaction and was told that my account would be cancelled. I never opened any account and had no clue what kind of account he was talking about. When I asked what kind of company it was, all he would say is that he had cancelled my account. I asked about the pending charge and he said that he had cancelled and so there would be no reason for a charge. I looked again the next day and the transaction had been completed. I called again and demanded a refund. They told me it would be processed in 5-10 business days. 10 business days later it still had not been processed. I called again and was told that I could speak with the escalation department. I spoke with them and they hung up on me everytime I questioned it and accused them of being a scam. I called again today and asked where my money was and was told that it had been processed and was scheduled to be returned the next day. I asked what took so long and accused them again of being a scam. I remained calm, did not curse and did not raise my voice, but when I accused them of being a scam, he hung up on me stating that he did not have to put up with me being rude to him.
