On March 9 I ordered the Green Coffee bean product on line. It advertised buy 3 bottles get 2 free. I went through the process of ordering but when I got to the final page the amount was more then I had thought the advertisement said. I immediately called the toll free number and cancelled the order. I told them I thought the add was misleading and I didn't want the product after all. The customer service person tried to offer me two other deals but I declined and was told it would be cancelled. She did not give me a confirmation number or anything but she did tell me it would be cancelled so I hung up. To my surprise, I received the product on March 20th. When I then checked my on line bank account, I found they had taken the 148.00 after I told them not to process the order. Since then, I have spent one month so far fighting with them about charging me a $5.95 re stock fee per bottle because they went ahead and processed the original order. I've been given 3 different addresses to send the product back to, and called several different numbers. I can't get them to tell me who owns the company or who the president of the company is. I have talked to supervisors who just run me around but don't help at all. I've tried to go up the chain but they won't tell me who's at the top. I have processed a complaint with my bank, but I'd really like to resolve this.
