Charged me 67.08 for a cancelled magazine subcription ripoff

On august 21 i received a letter from the nati0nal magazine exchange confirming that my subcription was cancelled per my request. And a refund would be processed back to me for $67.08.
As of today i have not received anything. The letter was signed by a linda moore, customer service manager. My customer # is 13830836, and the order # is 7943048. Could you please look into this for me.
