Harrassed and mistreated! My next card account was turned over to consumer credit counseling a year and half ago. Next card lost payments every other month. We still have not found them.

Then they did not post any payments for 7 months. Then calls started. They would not listen. Would not try and help find the missing payments.

Consumer credit has so far found two checks that have never been presented to their bank. (they have been canceled and credited back to me) i took the account back from ccc to handle it myself.

CCC is still trying to help find the missing payments (over $1,500 dollers) I finally re-aged the account and sent them a large check to do so. They said the entered in the computer.

I have gotten to date i have gotten at least 5 calls from them telling the account was past due. Each time i told them the account had been re-aged and payments were set a certain amount.

I was told one time that the large payment was only a one time deal and i still owed the rest of the balance. I referred them to the orginal person i dealt with. They said that the call was a mistake and i was now in the computer as a re-age.

She also told me the the amount i was to pay each month was more than orginally stated. I asked why amd she told me there was a 3% fee of the balance.

Next called again. Balance was due. I reminded them again that the account was re-aged at 50%. She argued. I told her to talk to "ralph" the original person i talked to. She did. This call was a mistake. She told me the orginal set amount to be paid was corret.

They called again. Same story. Balence due. I told thme to talk to ralph again. She told me the call was a mistake.

They called again this morning. Balance was due. I told them that i mailed they payment. She said'"yes i know we recieved it. But becuase the first large payment was late (past due date) that i owed late fees and several other things.

I still am not in their computer as a re-age, she said it would have to be re-approved since it was late.

If i could pay this account off i would. I do not have the extra money. They are very good at being deceptive and harrasment. I do not how to deal with this at this point. They have ruined my credit.

If a class action suit is in the works, please count me in.
