First Preimer Credit Card ripoff

This company is something else, i had been doing my payments on line and over the phone. I made a payment in march of $100 on my account. When i got my next billing statement it showed an returned item fee of 25.00, the $100.00 that i paid was charged back to my card and was also charged $35.00 for overlimit fee and $25.00 for a late fee.

When i called the representative told me that the bank had not processed the payment. I called my bank and was informed that this payment was never submitted. When i called back to the card company i was told that they had the wrong routing information. I don't understand how because they used this information to bill my account the following two months with no problems.

I think this is there error and they are afraid to admit that they made a mistake. Had they been on there toes, they should have called me when the transaction didn't go through, instead they waited over three weeks before they sent me a letter telling me that my payment was returned unpaid like a bad check and charged me for it. I also have the receipt from the payment the month before and it has all the information on it so how could they have it wrong this time.

With this payment my balance would have been $128.00. They have reported me to the credit beauru and cancelled my card and that is not right. Made payments on time and always paid more than $20.00 min. This is what i get for being a good customer. Now they ring my phone off the hook, i told them i would pay entire balance by end of april, was told they would note on account and that they wouldn't call until after then, however they still call. Maybe i should treat them like they treated me.
