Rip-off Received defective product with no access to a customer service address or phone numbe

I ordered Pasta Pots from an 800 number on TV. When they arrived the return addres was for Tristart products in Wallingford CT. There was no shipping form, or customer service contact information included anywhere in or on the box. My pots are defective and I have no way of getting hold of this company. They also over charged me $10.
