Unauthorized Card

An unauthorized charge appeared on my debit card. I called the company demanding that it be taken off and that immediate notification be faxed to me and my credit union. They said the charge would be removed but refused to fax comfirmation. Said it would talk 7 - 10 days to backout the charge. Their employee Sharron, ID#4689 refused to let me talk to a suprevisor.
