Ripoff scam added charges to credit card without authorization

My wife placed an phone order from HDI Silhouettes. The order was received and everthing was OK.

A month later our credit card was charged $96 from a company called HDI Simple Escapes. Contact with HDI Simple Escapes was next to impossible. I called HDI Silhouettes and got an initial run around. They indicated that HDI Simple Escapes was offered over the phone. This is NOT true. They offered the number of HDI Simple Escapes to resolve the issue.

I asked to talk with a supervisor. She indicated that they would remove the charge.

This scam has been reported since early 2004 on this site. They still continue.
