Ripoff

We have been with bb&t for only a couple of years however, we have been taken for more than a what I call quite enough. I get a ssi check every month for my sons disabilitys and yet I get taken for some of it from this bank. Two weeks before Christmas I was told I was 320.00 in the hole. So needless to say I quit using checks and the debit card until I solved my problem. I started thinking Hey, I used only the card and I was told when I open the account that this was a new measure the bank took to help the people keep account to the good that I would not be able to withdraw money or use the card in the stores if no money was in my account. I would be denied! Well $400.00 later in NSF funds later well quess what! I was deceived! If this has happen to someone else please email me and let me know! I need help! Ps. It was so convient that the lady that open my account is no longer employeed with them!
