Rips people with over draft fees

I opened a bank account at WaMu a sort while ago in North Portland and had a direct deposit for my paycheck every two weeks I few days before I got paid I had paid my gas bill and had a couple dollars left over so I did not use my check card because I knew I had no money in my account. So I went online like always to check my account and there were about 6 over draws on my account and I thought this cant be because I know I did not use my bank card! When calling my branch to tell them something was wrong they told me that the withdraw was from before I paid my bill It's like they waited tell right before I got my direct deposit and then but thru the transactions. Also in the past I have overdrawn my account when I knew I had money when i used my card...

I know they wait tell your account is at 0 then they put thru the transaction I have never had this problem at any other bank EVER... DO NOT bank at wamu And when trying to get hel at my branch the manager AMY was so rude and did not seen to care at all I was in tears talking to her I have three little girld to take care of and the said I owed almost $350.00 That is not a lot of money for those people but for me its a whole lot.

She had no compassion at all and she said there was nothing she could do. I told her that I would not be paying the overdraft charges because I did have plenty of money when I used my card last I have no idea why they waited so long to take the money out of my account, then she told me if I did'nt pay them i would not be able open an account for 5 years! I can't belive how rude this lady was. These people had me crying and pretty much begging them!!! Do not bank at Washington Mutual!!!
