Fraud takes money from account not autherized to do so makes bank account negative says its banks fault bank says no its paypal

Warning—do not use pay pal. I know what your saying and thinking. "I use Pay pal and have never had any trouble". Well me too until lately used a credit card for several purchases at E bay and Pay pal put them through on a bank debit card at my bank which I never had one. 8 checks went through with a 20.00 fee on each one. I didn't have enough funds for all these checks in bank account to cover them all that's why I used a credit card to pay. Bank called me about all these charges. I called Pay pal about this and was told it was the banks fault and I argued the issue no it was Pay pals fault for sending it through to the bank as a bank debit card when I didn't have one and never have had one. I always pay with a credit card and have done so always on Pay pal. Pay pal says I'm sorry but you didn't pay by credit card, I asked well what do you call it when it asked for your credit card number, you put in in and click on continue and you have a receipt from Pay pal stating it was paid. We went on and on to no avail. Always excuses as to why it wasn't their fault. What this boils down to is I had to pay over 200.00 in fees for some ones stupidity. Which depleted my back account as this is all I had in my account. This was the reason for using a credit card in the first place. I recently read on here about all the other rip off reports on Pay Pal. Read them for your self. I will say this again DON'T USE PAY PAL. E bay has us over a "barrel" as the old saying goes because as far as I know Pay Pal is the only merchant account they accept. E Bay owns Pay Pal of course. No matter what you say or do Pay Pal is right and your wrong.
