United Financial Systems
David Blinderman They will tell you the good, but not the bad BOCA RATON, FL

Education & Science

I recently signed a contract with United Financial Systems after I heard they could save me some money based on the amount debt I had at a lower interest rate, but the sales representative did everything he could to get me signed up but left out important details. He gave me the interest rates that the creditors would agree to but failed to tell me that they may decline to agree to the terms of payment and interest rate for any reason they decide to give. He had also told me once UFS had received my payment it would promptly be distributed to all the creditors. Once David had me committed he told me he did not know the details of the interest rates and when the payments would be received by the creditors and said I would have to speak to customer service to get the details. I did and they said after UFS receives my payment, which will be three days after my bank account sends them the money, it will be distributed 7 to 10 business days after that and I must negotiate the payment due date with my creditors or else they would assess late fees. At this point I am feeling like I have been lied to and I am not sure if this company should be trusted.

For the most part you will not get any of the answers your looking for from this company unless you have asked the questions yourself. I asked the same question more than once from three different sales reps. Once I found out the fees would be $25 a month not from the first person I spoke to but the second, I called David to verify that the service fee would be $25 a month he told me that it was $36 a month for Missouri. I said what are you looking at that tells you that? He said I have chart right here on the wall that tells me for Missouri the service fee is $36 a month. Then I told him I spoke to one of his co workers and he said the maximum is $25. After that I did not call the next day. The next time I called him back he said after speaking to his manager, he could give me the $25 service fee. When I spoke to the front desk they told me that he is the manager. He is full of it, very dishonest.

Like anyone, I hate being lied to and I hate being scammed even more. I hope that UFS can prove themselves in the next couple of months, it may be that I just got stuck with the wrong guy on the other end of the phone.
