Fraud - did not disperse our payments to creditors

We signed on with United Financial for their debt consolidation program in 2008. The first 2 years were good, then we started receiving letters from our creditors stating they were receiving our payments late, even though United Financial was debiting them from our bank account on the same date every month. I contacted United Financial several times only to get the run around and a different story every time, IF I even got to actually speak with someone! This went on for a few months with late payments to our creditors and then United Financial just stopped paying them all together! I stopped payment with our bank and then shut our checking account down all together in October to be sure that they would not get ANYMORE of our hard earned money! United Financial is currently holding about $1000 of our money and has RUINED OUR CREDIT! We need a CLASS ACTION SUIT brought against this company! They should NOT be allowed to do this to people and get away with it!
