Failed to make payments

Approximately 6 years ago Iexperienced a drastic cash flow shortage due to a change in employment locationfollowed by a change in billing services. Unfortunately I chose the quick andeasy path of relief, credit cards. I was able to maintain this debtstructure for about three years. At that point it became evident that I wasbasically paying mostly on the interest and only making marginal decreases onthe principle. Iturned to a debt management company (UFS) for help. This company was able to getmost of my interest rates reduced which was of help.

UFS has taken a payment from my bank account onor about the 6th of every month since September. After a few months UFS began to runlate in making payments to my creditors and over time, even failed to makemonthly payments to some of mycreditors. I have on multiple occasions made extra payments above andbeyond what UFS had already debited frommy account in effort to stay current.

I am now receiving phone calls, late fees and delinquent statements from my creditors.

This company has breached their contract and severely damaged my credit history.
