I called vonage to cancel service again. It is very very hard to cancel. The equipment they sent me didn't work. On their website they tell you you have to call them to get a R.A. Voucher to return the equipment, but then they don't give you one. The man told me on the phone I would have to buy it at $79.99 then pay $39.99 canselation fee $7.60 on tax and then $3.80 on tax total amount due $131.38 imediently, fine, he then said he was pushing the cancelation button right then, so I ask him plainly is this it? No more I'm canceled, no surprises, nothing right? He said right it was finished, he even gave me my cancelation #.
The next day they email me titled opinion survey, I check it out, in the letter they say I'm still their customer no cancelation. So I called them again, they said it was an oversight, sorry, they'll fix it. I got off the phone with them, called my bank, they did not take the $131.38 out the other day, instead they had just then taken $218.98 out of my account, I hope its over this time, but I doubt it. They haved to be stopped.
