Vonage literally stole money from me and lied about cancelation date nationwide

I used vonage for almost 2 years. I had 2 seperate line but cancelled one about a year ago and am waiting for my time to be up on this one so i can cancel it as well. I was given 2 different dates that i could cancel. I was told jan. 28 then when i called that day they said it was feb 4th. I was charged $130 for my line that was cancelled a year ago.

I called vonage and asked why? And they said the payment got cancelled before it went through but it didn't and i called my bank and had them send the statement showing the money was pulled and they still never gave me that money back. I was is a hard situation my bank account was put in the negative and me and my husband had to borrow money to get by because we had just got married.

If anyone can help me get this money back that vonage stole from me then lied about it... Please let me know! Don't use vonage they will steal your money and rip you off. V
