Purchased many light fixtures and furnishings from http://decorating-etc.com / then received only one of two matching mirrors we ordered and PAID FOR. At least 15 phone calls over the past year have all been handled the same way by six or more different employees: "Let me research your account and get back to you". Not one return call. This company seems to have a corporate policy of SILENCE when it comes to a customer problem, and as far as I am concerned, THEY RIPPED US OFF. Don't buy from them!
