Took on-line check and never fulfilled entire order Wayne, New Jersey

Purchased lighting. They sent a few clearanced lights. Sent a few more lighting fixtures. They stopped answering our phone calls completely. They also did not credit us for a discontinued light. As of today, 7/23/08, we have not heard from them nor have we received a credit.

There were also many lighting fixtures we had to call the manufacturer and explain the situation. Maxim and Murray Feiss sent them direct to us without getting paid by Decorating Etc. The George Kovacs lights we never got and the money was never returned to us. They are a total scam. They have their business spread in several states so that they are hard to track down. The Customer Service team will tell you they've been sick or any other excuse initially just to keep you stringing along until you get exasperated from all their sleazy ploys.

We reported Decorating Etc. To the Better Business Bureau in Trent, New Jersey. They were not able to track Decorating Etc. Down. They know all the loop holes.
