PDM refuses to refund - Confusing presentation Vague promises uncooperative Customer Service

I recieved an unsolicited call from PDM promising to lower my credit card's interest rates, and save me $2,500.00. I was wary and asked numerous questions, which made them less polite with each question. I should have hung up at that time.
However after agreeing to their "service" and paying $900 on a credit card, I now cannot get a refund. I waited to get their package of information in the mail, and after reviewing it with my husband we decided that this probably wasn't a reputable company.
When I called to try to get a refund, I was informed that I had a 3 day window after the initial agreement in which I could have gotten a refund. When I explained that I hadn't received their paperwork in that time I was told that didn't matter, I had had everything explained to me prior to my agreement.
Then they played back my recorded phone conversation, with only the "agreement" portion - nothing that would contain all the high-pressure sales tactics that had been used to get me to agree. All I want is my money back, I haven't made use of any of their "services" and after the way I've been treated by their "customer service" I don't trust them at all!
As I pointed out to them, any reputable company will give you a refund if for any reason you wish to discontinue your service - Especially if you haven't even had it for a week!
