Common Sense Group Took my money and won't give refund

I received a call from the Common Sense Group stating that they could help me lower interest on my credit cards to pay off my cards 3 to 5 times faster. After a long confusing spill, I was tricked into giving my credit card number to pay for their services. The fee was $1595. The transaction was recorded over the phone. I was somewhat upset with myself feeling I had made a bad mistake. My credit card company called to see if I knew about this big charge. I told her I felt as if I had made a mistake and wanted to cancel the charge. She said I needed to wait till the charge posted and then dispute it. I called the company and told them I did not want their service. She became irrate with me and played back the recording where I had agreed to charge my credit card. She said that I must speak first to the financial counselor. I told the financial counselor, Darla, that I had changed my mind and wanted a refund. She said that the only way I could be refunded is to see if she could save me money on my interest. She was very upset that I would even ask for a refund. The next time she called I once again told her that I did not want the service. She said let's see if we can get the interest lower on these 2 credit cards. We made a conference call and neither one would lower their interest. I told her she was not helping me and I want to cancel the service. She yelled at me and said that she could not cancel it. I have already wasted two hours with her and they had sent me out a DVD and a booklet. She said she will call me back for the next session. I told her I want a refund. I feel as if I could have called the credit cards myself. I only have 4 cards. I have filed with my credit card company to dispute the card. So far they have not received any reply from Silar Financial. I pray that I will soon get a refund and can get on with my life.
