I order the "free trial" and minutes after submitting noted the terms and conditions. I immediately sent them a "ticket" and told them to cancel my order for free trial and not to bill my credit card for the shipping and handling. I then started receiving the scripted information about cancellation. On another ticket within 30mins of ordering I again told them to cancel my order and they sent another copy of the same message. The next day I looked at the activity on my credit card and the 4.95 had not been processed yet, so I sent them another ticket stating that the process on the order had not been completed and that they should not bill me. They then processed my ordered and replied to my ticket stating that it was processed. I have not received my "free trial" in the mail yet. I will go to my bank tomorrow and do whatever is necessary to stop any further charges to my account. I also found that if you read their terms and agreements which are available after submitting your order for free trial, it states that if they are unable to obtain the auto bill payment they will turn you over to collections for the 149.95 and for whatever costs they incur due to breach of contract. Adding insult to injury!!! Hope this is helpful to someone, at least they will learn from my mistake.
