We fell into hard times, now they say they are going to sue us!

My husband got a loan back in 2005 wich we made all of our payments on time until just recently. He has changed jobs a couple of times in the last couple months wich has caused us some serious financial issues.

When we fell behind on our payments they started calling so many times in a day that we would finally just turn the phone off. The calls started at 8:00 in the morning and didnt stop till way after 10:00 PM.

Like so many others who have dealt with CC we were desperate when we got the loan. He was on unemployment and going to school full time. I was working but didnt make much.

These F*ING people are crazy. They have now said they were going to start garnishing his wages. Im just waiting for the court papers.

I would love to go before the judge and ask him Y these people can get away with this kind of harrassment.
Also on more than one occasion i have sent them a check in the mail, wich they say the never recieved. Whats funny though is that i also never recieved it back.
There has to be some kind of help out there.
