Ripoff. Mci telephone company. They like to upset and argue with pregnant woman

It started out mci telephone called me and offered unlimited long distance and unlimited local calls for one low price of $49 a month. Wich has turned out to be a real headache. They didnt offer dsl services so i switched my services over to another company wich is way better than mci will ever be.

Well i had only had mci for three weeks and they charged me $129.00. So much for unlimited. When i called them about this they told me they had already sent my info to a collection agency wich is c.B.E. Two days later the calls started. This company has harrassed me everyday from 1-3 a day even sunday.

I have ask them to please stop calling me for two reasons. I had just went through a miscarriage, surgury and did not feel i owed all that money.

Needless to say they did not stop. A month had went by with them still calling everyday 3 times a day so i told them that i was pregnant and wasnt tring to be stressed in fear of losing another baby.

They didnt care. Here it is 6 months later and they are still calling. All times of the day 2 and 3 times a day.
I have ask them nicely to stop and i have gotten rude with them
and it has not gotten me anywhere.

And after all this, mci telephone company calls me asking me to come back to their services. What a joke! Dont believe them when they say everything is only $49.00 a month.

They send all your information to a collection agency two days after you cancel your services with them and they do nothing but harrass people even if you try to make arrangements.

Watch out for this company!!
