Preys on easy target ripoff

I took a cash call loan a little bit ago because i fell on some hard times recently. As like most people i was approved. I was aware of the terms and conditions and the way to high interest rates but at the time i didnt have much of a choice. I needed money and i needed it now.

A couple weeks after i had recieved my loan i had lost my job and fell to the floor again. I tried to make arrangements to pay less then the required payments because i didnt have the money because once i caught up on my bills i still had to maintain them and with me losing my job i did not have the funds readily available to pay them and they continues to charge my account repeatedly over the course of a couple of weeks until my bank closed my account because of the over draft activity.

I got hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees i had to pay on top of my already high bills, on top of the cashcall loan i had to get to pay my bills, and now on top of my over draft fees. Now im in a bind that i don't know if i can get out of. I dont want to file for bankruptcy but at this point i dont know what to do.

Anyway my whole point is that this company will lie to your face and say they want to help you resolve this debt but they dont care their goin to do whatever they want to do regardless and its kind of sad that this is all that we can do about this problem.

These people harassed me at my job which is the reason why i lost my job. They harasse my parents, which i used as a reference which they told me they would not contact. I get about 20 calls a day from these people.
My girlfriend applied for the same loan i did and she got declined and i found this odd since she has really good credit and i am aware of my poor standing and it seems that these people see me as an easy debt target. See they knew from my girlfriend credit report that they would not make as much money off of someone like her but for me with bad credit make and easy target cause they know from my past that it would take a while to pay the loan therefore they can maximize there profits.

This in my eyes is not a fair lending practice. I really dont have much more to say about this because im just at a lost for words. I am just so mind boggled that i was gullible enough to fall into this scam.
