My name is hector and i bought a 2009 150cc jonway scooter with 500 miles on it the scooter started too have problems from day one and the problems kept progressing untill one day the scooter leaked the oil and locked up the motor i took it too a mechanic shop were they took the engine apart and the whole motor was not the stock motor it had been modified too a different size when i first started too make th payments they didnt tell me it was modified and after i told the company of what happend they said i only have a 24 hour warrantie wich i think is not right i only drove it for 2 weeks and a couple of days and there only willing too pay half of a new motor wich i think i shud get my money back i think they knew what was going too happen with the scooter and i think this shud be dealt with i paid 1700 buck for this scooter and it should have not lasted that little bit of time and every time i call the place they give me the run around so please some one give me a call back to see how i can take further actions (Personal Information Removed) thank you
