Insane claims and schemes to ripoff consumers

Triad financial recently took repossion of my vehicle that I bought used in 2005 I got a loan for 19 thousand through triad and have made payments for the last 4 years for $480 a month, I bought the car when I was 18 and didnt fully realize the situation I was getting myself into, which is my fault, however I recently got behind in my payments and I called triad and set up arrangements they said if I made two payments within the same 30 days that they would take the reposession status off my account, I at the time was four payments behind. On this call I tried to make a payment with my checking account but they would not allow this because I was over 2 payments behind? I would think they would accept the money by any means... I had never had a returned check by them so there was no reason to assume the funds werent there. So I ended up sending the payment by moneygram, called it in and they said if I made another within 30 days I wouldnt have to worry about the car being taken back. The very next friday I sent another moneygram for a full payment I tried calling it in to the person who I had been working with twice and she didnt answer my calls I called a 3rd time and left a message, which recieved no response. Two days later my car was repossed, which was 2 days from today. I have tried to contact triad several times from my cell phone and I either get "transferred" and the call drops, or told to leave a message and the call drops. I called the person that I had been dealing with again from a different number and promptly recieved a call back of course once she realized who it was she said she couldnt do anything to help and that I never returned her calls. I had literally returned every call and made several attempts to contact to report payments. She would not speak with me and "transferred" me to another department that I never reached since the call dropped yet again. Now that I am only one payment behind and have been paying on the car for four years, they refuse to speak with me? And did I mention that the 5 year loan that ive been making payments on for 4 years, original loan amount of 19 thousand has a current payoff amount of 16 thousand still I dont know about you but to me those figures just dont add up.
