Ordered NOTHING but money was stolen from account ripoff

My daughter got an account with Netflix. Gave out her card number only once. Since then she's had hits on her card. I've called each and every on of them and all but one has refunded the money. THEGRANTMENTOR.com is the ONLY one who refuses to give her money back.

I've called them and I get nothing but a run around. I've spoken to 2 people. The guy says he's a supervisor and at 8:00 am he's the ONLY supervisor on the floor (!?) He hung up on me. I called back and after a while of dealing with this no brain, a gal came on the phone (probably his girl friend) and her name was Kat (right!). They say they can't refund the money because she activated the account.

I'm a computer tech. I've gone through the logs on her computer. She's never been on their site. When I told them that they said that they don't go out and get other peoples info from other sites, that would be illegal. So is stealing money from people's bank accounts. Like they would NEVER do ANYTHING illegal - yea and the prisons are full of innocent people too, right!?

I've contacted the Attorney General for the state of Iowa and I will be contacting the AG for the state of Utah in the next few days. I may not have the ability to locate these people, but the AG's do and this could become a FEDERAL case.
