Consumer Rewards Network - Net4Ever
A total ripoff taking people's hard earned money across the nation

Education & Science

I was contacted by a representative from Net4Ever and was told I would receive a $500 shopping voucher. I was told the cost would be a one time draft of $4.95 from my checking account. $4.95 was debited twice from my account.

Later down the line a draft of $119.90 appeared on my account, but it did not go through. I contacted the company and they told me about three separate accounts I had. I told them to cancel all of the accounts and they stated I would get a refund of my money.

Well, about two weeks later a draft for $129.90 appeared on my account. I contacted the company and the young man I spoke with informed me that I would not get a refund that it was too late, exactly 4 days after they took the money from my account. He also stated that there were no records of me calling to cancel any of the accounts. I then spoke with his supervisor who also told me I could not receive a refund, but records show that I did call, but only cancelled one of the three accounts.

Well, I called again and ended up speaking with a supervisor by the name of Frida Brown who assured me my money would be refunded. For some reason I'm not sure I believe her. Therefore, I filed complaints today with the attorney general of my state, the California Attorney General, which is where the company is located, the Better Business Bureau, and the U.S. Attorney General.
