Blue hippo riped me off for $1200.00! It's suck! Being that much money! And a single mother at that!

Lue hippo took $1200.00 from me and did not give me a refund and no computer or tv that i was to reserve. I did stop payment after i went to the library to use a computer to look them up to find there phone #, because i the # i had was disconnected and found out all notices on how they riped off other people. That's when i called them to cancelled my account with them and they told me i would have my money back by the end of the week. That did not happen, so called again and they gave me the run around, so i asked for a supervisor and was not able to talk to him in tell two to three weeks later and he told me that i would not get a refund because they do not do refunds, i said how is it a refund if i did not get no product and he said to reorder the computer. I said no i don't trust blue hippo no more to give you more money, then told him you've stolen my money and to give it back to me. He said we don't do refunds. I said it's not a refund if i did not received nothing from you. Then he hung up on me.
