Shipping charges added after sale ripoff Cleveland

I was doing some on-line shopping. I had a shopping compiled with about 30 dollars worth of goods. I went to check out and they asked for my credit card information without telling me what the shipping charges would be. I e-mailed them and asked how much it would be.
Someone e-mailed me back and TOLD me to finish check out, then I would find out?
EXCUSE ME!? I dont think so.
I never went back.

I then found several threads on discussion forums about how rude they were to customers thru e-mails and on the phone AND how much they overcharged people with shipping. Thank God I didn't get anything from them!
