Should be named: Don't talk to people from India about American products

I was contacted about a FREE DC regarding Federal Grants. I am a 43 year old mother of 3 teenagers an would like to better our living situation and educational needs. I was told I would have to pay ONLY the cost of S&H. I was reluctant but she assured me it was just for that. She gave me her name: Kaphy Zan. It was hard to understand her accent.

I received an e-mail on July 17th stating that my membership fees will be deducted beginning 7/27/07 in the amount of $49.95. I called and cancelled and have the confirmation # to prove it.

Today 08/11/07 I noticed the amount of $24.95 was deducted @REWARDMEMOREPRO 888-5462285 UTUS trace #9409.

I hardly have any money in the bank and that withdrawal really comprised my plans for the day.
