He said his name was Joey Miller and if I paid for the $4.85 shipping I would get this info on how and where to apply for grants. Also there would be a ten day trail at this federal grants network site and I would receive by e-mail user name & password to access site until my material arrived in 3-5 days. Yeah! I stumbled onto this site by accident trying to reach what I thought was a legite site. Never again.
