I was contacted by some one saying they were from the Federal Grants Department and they notified me that I was selected to get a 7000 dollar grant so I researched it and traced the number and it sounded pretty legit they told me that my tax money would be donated to a third world country (Delhi India) so I believed it they said if I did not get my grant that I would be able to get my money back from western union since I had a federal receipt so I sent the money and they transferred me to their so called bank and they tried to tell me that I had to pay 400 mored dollars for bank to bank transactions and I immediately knew that it was a scam they told me I could call back if I had any questions so now when I call them I get no answe
