Another AP9 Homeworks ripoff I'm fighting mad

I feel so stupid. AP9 Homeworks have been siphoning money from my account for some time—I thought it was for a piece of exercise equipment purchased but realized that this had been going on way too long for that. I kept going to my online bank statement trying to figure out how to contact them. I contacted the company for the first time 07/07/07 and told the supervisor that I had never authorized this, had no idea who or what the company was and wanted all the money returned to my checking account immediately.

Today I found that they refunded one month's withdrawal of $19.95, but "denied" my claim for a full refund. I requested the name of the person submitting my authorization for this/what company they were afiliated with but Homeworks couldn't tell me this. I plan to go to the bank tomorrow to pursue this further. I am so angry that I didn't catch/stop this months ago.
