Ripoff! Why do they have access to our account?! Unauthorized debits

MWI Homeworks Plus was all of a sudden showing up on my bank statements. Me nor my husband had any idea what this was and why they had access to a direct debit from our account.

I called them and they told me that we purchased something off of tv and this service was offered to us and we accepted. Well we never accepted this service at all.

They told me they would cancel our account and send us a refund in 2 business days, we'll see if this actually happens!
