4GB USB drive rebate-not received, company does not respond to queries/emails/calls

A rebate was offered for purchasing a 4GB USB flash memory drive through Buy.com. I submitted all the required paperwork, kept copies, etc.in Jan. 2007. After numerous calls (no one answers, there is just a voice mailbox) and emails, the company does not respond in any way.
