Failed to pay $50 rebate Ripoff

I purchased compact flash memory from Amazon.com in 11/04.

I fulfilled all the terms and conditions of the rebate (I have copies of all records) and have email from the rebate house confirming.

I have not been able to get the $50 check released, despite multiple calls / emails to the rebate house.

The rebate house no says I must call the company directly. Unfortunately their phone only rings to voicemail
