Glitterdirect.com ripoff fraud dropshipper wholesale no customer service crooks

Glitter Direct (glitterdirect.com), another so called "dropshipper" used to answer my phone calls a few months ago whenever I had a problem with them. Since then, they've removed the customer service telephone number from their website and no longer answer calls or emails.

I placed two orders with them for guitars over a month ago and they were never shipped. After numerous threatenig emails I checked my account for these two orders, and the status was upgraded to "refund/exchange processed". As I said, it's been over a month now and I still have not received the money back into my Paypal account.

Furthermore, for the past few days I have not been able to access their website. When I type in their URL only a blank page loads (could mean their operation has shut down).

Anyway, avoid Glitter Direct at all costs. Some of their prices may seem profitable for drop shipping, but the fact that they are simply a "middleman" combined with their terrible customer service is NOT AT ALL worth it.
