Joe Ritchey Placed an order and did not receive any items! Only refunded $5.00 back out of $60.00 I paid them

I placed an order from this website for jewelry items and two led booklights. I received a refund of $5.00 back to my paypal account. When checking the status of my order on this website it only shows order Refunded. I have written numerous emails to their customer service requesting to know where my items are that I paid for, and also when the rest of my money will be refunded. No answers to any of them. I have placed numerous phone calls and always get a voice mail with no return phone calls. They also claim to have an active Live chat for customer service that is never working. Clearly this is a Rip Off site that needs to be shut down. I have opened a dispute with paypal to see about getting my money returned.
