Secret Cash Card
Secret cash card stole money from my bank account!

Yesterday I went online to check my bank account and there was an unauthorized charge for $49.95 on there. When I contacted my bank, they said it was for "Secret Cash Card" and gave me a phone # to call 866-496-1799. This number doesnt allow you to speak to anyone, it simply directs you to their website and also gives you another # 401-228-9232, where an answering service will only tell you that you must go to the website and there are NO actual human beings there to speak to.

I tried to do a search of this company on the internet but found no actual physical address. I filled out the online complaint form, only to be told that I DID authorize this transaction and they can give my my IP address and the time and date I authorized the transaction (the claim I was on a cash advace website and that is where they obtained my information).

I would NEVER buy a pre-paid credit card - ever, and did NOT authorize these people to take my money. They refuse to refund my money, so I am going to print off the other articles I have found in regards to the same complaints for this same company and I am taking them to my bank. I am also going to contact the authorities in Rhode Island as well as filing a police report locally and I am going to contact the Attorney General and report this fraud.

I suggest anyone who has had this happen to them to do the same thing. Do NOT let them take your money!
