Secret Cash Card Services.com This company charged me 49.95 for there service also there was an insurficient funds charge for 35.00 and my bank won't help me

I called a phone number and got this company called Secret Cash Card Services and they told me that all i have to do is pay 49.95 for a credit card. I gave them my checking account number and told them they need to wait until march 3rd before they took out the money from my account. Then i decided not to do this while i was on the phone with them and told them to cancel this and they said ok. They still took out the money plus i was charged another 35.00 from my bank for no fees available. When i got my statement from my bank in March i called them and they said that i had to contact them myself and ask for a refund. So i did and the phone number was a recording 866-496-1799 i left a message and till this date i got no answer. After several calls i called my bank Commerce Bank and they told me that they could not help me. Now i am out of the money and i hope you can help me and tell me what i can do. Thank You
