Rip off dishonest fraudulent tax and advertising scam Vincennes

I invested in a rip off scam for advertising. I was told that my money would double in 90 days, yet what a joke. I have never seen a penny for this investment and after a couple of years I am now getting fraudulent 1099 forms. It is bad enough that I lost over $600 but now I am being send tax forms for making over $1600 and have actually made NOTHING
