Freedom financial took $250.00 out of my checking account w/o my authority. I was told to fax them a request to cancel & get refund & it could take up to 4-6 wks for board to review. I am very upset and sick over this. Pinellas Park

Freedom Financial took $250.00 out of my ckg account without my authorization. My father just recently passed away and I am very upset & sick about what FF has done. I called the number my bank told me and they answered Freedom Financial. They are ripping me off. Please help me get my money back as it has caused me not to be able to buy groceries now. Please help me.

Ps: FF said for me to fax them a request to cancel & get a refund, however, it would have to go before their board which meets 1 time per month. They also said it could take 4 to 6 wks to find out if they even will refund my money. This type of online business crap has got to stop! Thank you
