Breech of Contract, Unfulfilled National Advertisng Agreement Ripoff Work at home scam

Solicited by direct mail, I signed up as an independent marketer. Commissions were to be made based on my sales leads as well as through leads that were to be randomly and equally distributed as a result of a massive US and Canadian targeted Advertising Campaign. This campaign was to include national media of all forms, including print, TV, and the Internet. The advertising campaign was scheduled to begin 20 May. Almost seven months later, there has yet to be ANY advertising that I am aware of. (15 Dec)

Said advertising was to reach untold millions of targeted potential clients. Pioneer promised to handle advertising however additional advertising could be done by the individual home-based marketer-presumably primarily by internet and/or direct mail-for additional profits. Have received no update on reason for delay in advertising campaign nor any timetable or other update.
