Unauthorized check made to my account ripoff

PLEASE I need help, Bank of America will not dispute this charge because they have paperwork saying that I authorized this debit. I did apply for an online advance before, but I did not knowingly authorize this to occur. I can not speak with anyone, no one has responded to my email/postings on the website, what should I do? Please help
